Choose one of these three monthly Website Care and Support Plans to help fortify your WordPress site, back it up regularly and protect it from attacks.
*Pricing is per website. ALL Care and Support Plans now include hosting and malware protection for sites built or redesigned by Liz Lee Media or sites which have been migrated to our server.*
Starter
- We perform regular WordPress updates.
- We backup your website monthly to an external server (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc).
- We check for and perform available plugin and theme updates monthly and troubleshoot any compatibility issues.
- We accomodate up to 2 website service requests each month.
- For website tech questions, we respond via email within 24 to 48 business hours.
Pro
Most Popular Plan- We perform regular WordPress updates.
- We backup your website weekly to an external server (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc).
- We check for and perform available plugin and theme updates weekly and troubleshoot any compatibility issues.
- We accomodate up to 4 website service requests each month.
- For website tech questions, we provide email and/or Voxer support with a 12 to 24 hour response time.
- Yearly 1-hour In-Site Session via Zoom to talk about anything involving your website.
Premium
- We perform regular WordPress updates.
- We backup your website daily to an external server (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc).
- We check for and perform available plugin and theme updates twice weekly and troubleshoot any compatibility issues.
- We accomodate up to 8 website service requests each month.
- For website tech questions, we provide support via email, Voxer, and/or text message with a same-business-day response.
- Quarterly 30-minute In-Site Session via Zoom to talk about anything involving your website.

Service requests can include but are not limited to:
Installation of plugins
Updating a calendar
Uploading images to an existing gallery or slideshow (large numbers of images that require optimization and/or resizing incur an additional fee)
Making minor changes to text (changing business hours, for example)
Repairing broken links or adding a link
Swapping out graphics (deleting one image and replacing it with another)
Posting a blog (copy and images provided by client)
Updating contact information
Adding or removing navigation links
Assisting your VA with a website-related task
Email support (and Voxer support for Pro and Premium Plans)
Services not included in Website Care Plan service requests:
Graphic design
Social media management/marketing
Website/web page creation or redesign
Configuration of complex plugins (e-commerce or membership, for example)
Custom coding or programming
Live tutorials or 1:1 calls (except Pro and Premium Plans)

What is a service request?
A service request is simply a request with a list of items you need to be addressed on your website. Email all service requests to liz@lizleemedia.com.
What if I want to make changes to my website myself? Does my plan cover DIY support?
Yes! That’s why we call it a Care and Support Plan. We have some clients who do most of their website edits themselves, but use their plan to get the support they need to make these changes with confidence.
If this plan doesn't work for me, how easy is it to cancel?
Super easy! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your next payment is due, and we’ll cancel further payments. You can also do this any time through your own PayPal account.
If your site is hosted through us and you want to continue that hosting, you will need to sign up for a hosting plan after your Website Care and Support Plan is no longer active.
