Before Our Consultation
You know you need a website for your business, but you’re going to get so much more out of the process if you come to us with a clear set of goals. We suggest you sit with these two very important questions before our first consultation.
Who is your target audience?
How do you want to work with them?
If you are finding it difficult to answer either of these questions, please take the time to work through them before moving forward.
If you already have your branding in place (logo, style guide, etc.) then great! You can skip the next part.
If you DON’T have your branding in place, don’t worry, that should not keep you from moving ahead with your website.
As for the style of the website, you may have your own preferences for color, layout, etc., but your first consideration should be your target audience. Your website needs to be accessible and engaging to them.
We suggest that you find up to five high-ranking websites in your industry/profession that you like, stylistically, and note what appeals to you about each one. You may also want to include what you don’t like.
So that we can give you the most accurate quote, you will need to have some idea what you will want with respect to the following:

If you need a custom site designed we can generate a quote but we’ll need to have answers to the following questions:
Do you already have a logo or do you need one designed?
How many pages do you expect that you will need? (Consider the Home Page, About, FAQ’s, Contact Page, Testimonials, etc.)
Do you want to do updates and maintenance yourself, or do you want to designate someone else in your business to take that role, or are you interested in one of our Website Care Plans?
Do you own the copyright or have written permission to use the images you wish to use on your website?
Do you need custom forms on your website?
